Yesterday Vic, Peg, Jodi and I went to the San Francisco Blues festival. We met up with our friend Abby and her mom, Sydney. There were no shortage of characters in attendance. It made me think about how crazy this city was back in the 60's. My 2 favorite performances of the day were Eric Bibb and Robert Randolph. Eric Bibb played a single acoustic session which was unreal. He has a great voice and plays a mean guitar. I bought his latest live album off iTunes and it has captivated me all day as I flew out to Indianapolis. Below are two video's from the day and some pictures. My favorite is the video of Jodi rock'n out to Robert Randolph and his slide guitar. I love the flags waving in the background.
